Tips On Using the Pharaoh’s Storehouse Divider

In order to keep costs down we have not developed a channel to match every size can one may find in a store. Rather than incur the cost of designing and inventorying more can channels we have come up with a channel divider. This is a piece of metal with slots that may be screwed into the back of a channel to make the channel the right size to dispense one row of a smaller can that is the same width as the channel’s depth. The divider is also used to stack and dispense two rows of smaller cans that fit into a channel.

CH-001 - Make this channel "smaller" with the divider to dispense one row of Mandarin Oranges or any smaller can of this width. Since the width of the can is the same as the depth of the channel these size cans will not "stagger".

CH-002 - Make this channel "smaller" with the divider to dispense one row of tomato sauce or any smaller can of this width. This channel may also be divided to dispense two rows of the smaller chili pepper and sliced olive cans or any other can this size. In both instances, the width of the cans matches the depth of the channel so the cans will not offset as they rotate down.

CH-005 - Divide this channel to dispense two rows of Water Chestnuts, smaller pineapple cans or two rows of any can this size. Since the width of these cans is the same as the depth of the channel they will not offset as they rotate down. This channel may also be used with the divider to dispense a row of tomato sauce or any other can of the same height and a row of tuna fish. The tomato sauce size-can will offset while the tuna can’s width matches the depth of the channel to keep it from offsetting.

CH-006 - Divide this channel to dispense two smaller cans. The channel will not hold two of "larger" small cans such as tomato sauce so it is suggested that tomato sauce be loaded on one side with a smaller can such as mushrooms on the other side. This channel is deeper than others so the smaller cans will stack in an offset manner but will still dispense and be visible for inventory.

CH-007 - Divide this channel to dispense two rows of the larger cans of tuna, chicken or other cans this size. The width of these cans is the same as the depth of the channel.
